Keely Killpack is an expert change management strategist and change adoption expert with more than a dozen years of experience supporting diverse client organizations through transformational changes. Keely is known for her highly collaborative approach to large scale change adoption in healthcare, retail, government agencies, energy and transportation. She has created and successfully implemented three complete change management methodologies and toolkits.
Keely holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and is an active leader in the change management industry. She is a founding member of the global Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), their Pacific Northwest Chapter and their Thought Leadership Team. Keely has presented her ideas and inspiring client success stories at numerous international and national conferences throughout the last decade.
